Appointment Policy

1. Credit Card Requirement - A valid credit card is required to book all appointments online. This ensures accountability and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.
   
2. No-Call, No-Show Policy - If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, your credit card will be charged 50% of the price of the service booked. This policy helps us compensate our barbers for their reserved time.
   
3. Cancellation Policy - We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made by calling us directly or emailing us at outlawbarbers@gmail.com. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
   
4. Repeated No-Show Policy - Clients who miss three appointments without proper notice will no longer be permitted to book appointments at Outlaw Gentlemen Barber Shop. We implement this policy to maintain fairness and respect for our barbers' schedules.
